Healing Roots Therapy & Healing Roots Health and Wellness
Join Our Team
At Healing Roots Therapy & Healing Roots Health and Wellness, we’re more than just a psychotherapy clinic.
A team rooted in growth, compassion, curiosity, and care.
Who We Are
At Healing Roots Therapy and Healing Roots Health and Wellness, we are a collaborative community of professionals committed to creating meaningful impact, for our clients and within our team.
Our clinic is built on the understanding that every role matters. We are building a community here.
From therapists and supervisors to administrators and leadership, each person contributes to the quality, consistency, and care that defines the client experience.
Our Approach to Care
We are intentional about the environment we create.
We believe that structure is not restrictive, it is what allows both our team and our clients to feel grounded, supported, and clear in their direction.
For our practitioners, this means working within a framework that prioritizes thoughtful goal-setting, consistency, and accountability in care.
We are not a clinic built on high turnover or a revolving door of clients. Instead, we focus on supporting clients in engaging in meaningful, focused work so they can experience real progress and lasting change.
We value practitioners who understand that structure can deepen the therapeutic process, not limit it, and who are committed to helping clients move toward their goals with intention.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work, who value both collaboration and accountability, and who are open to growth within a supportive and structured environment.
People who bring intention into their role, whether clinical or operational.
People who care about the impact they are making, both within the team and in the lives of the clients we serve.
We are looking for individuals who want to stay, contribute meaningfully, and engage in thoughtful, grounded conversations. People who are committed to growth, not only within their role, but alongside the clinic as a whole.
Fit & Alignment
We understand that not every environment fits every person, and that’s okay.
We are seeking individuals who share our values and are aligned in their approach to structured care, growth, and collaboration, whether in clinical work, administrative support, or leadership roles.
Rooted Together
If you are looking to be part of a space where growth, structured care, and meaningful work come together, you may find your place at Healing Roots Therapy and Healing Roots Health and Wellness.
