Many people I work with reach out feeling stuck and overwhelmed, finding it hard to feel at ease and enjoy everyday moments.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve seen how healing happens in connection, not in isolation. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, at your own pace and in your own way.

I believe therapy works best when it’s personalized. Every individual, couple and family are unique, and therapy should meet you where you are. I don’t believe in quick fixes or “band-aid solutions.” My approach to our work together focuses on understanding what’s really going on and using methods that truly support healing and sustainable change.

Through our work together, clients often begin to experience improved mood, greater well-being, increased self-understanding, and more ease in their relationships and everyday life.

Answers to some frequently asked questions:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. During EMDR sessions, you’ll recall distressing experiences while engaging in bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements), which helps your brain reprocess these memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or triggering.

EMDR is highly effective for treating trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and other conditions rooted in distressing experiences. It can also help with depression, grief, and relationship difficulties when these are connected to past experiences.

Not necessarily. One of the benefits of EMDR is that you don’t need to describe traumatic events in extensive detail for the therapy to be effective. The process works by helping your brain reprocess the memories, which can happen without needing to verbalize everything.

Yes. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. EMDR can be adapted for younger clients, and I also use play therapy techniques, art-based approaches, and developmentally appropriate interventions to support children’s healing.

Yes. I provide support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges of becoming a parent. EMDR can be particularly helpful for processing birth trauma or previous losses.

Yes. I am trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and work with couples navigating communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, and relationship challenges. I also provide EMDR for individuals working through relational trauma.
