I enjoy connecting with clients on a deep level by identifying core themes and walking alongside them, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I feel privileged to work with people and support human beings to find their inner strength and hope for the future.

I foster an empathetic, non-judgmental approach and a safe space for you to tell your story. I work to understand your perspective as the expert in your own life. I focus on your strengths while addressing challenges you are experiencing by drawing upon various therapeutic modalities some of which include narrative therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and an existential approach. I work within an Attachment Theory and Trauma-informed framework. This integrated approach allows me to be flexible in my practice and naturally weave these different modalities into the therapeutic process.

I am aware of systems of oppression, power and privilege and the impact it has upon our lives, health and mental well-being. My work is grounded in anti-oppression and anti-racist practice, harm-reduction and diversity, equity, and inclusion models.

Life Outside Sessions

I am passionate about exploring the world and meeting new people. I spent 14 years living in the UK, where I had the opportunity to travel and expand my comfort zone. I believe that by challenging ourselves and taking risks, we learn more about who we are and grow towards achieving our best selves.
