I believe that every human deserves to have their story seen, heard, and understood. This can be especially important in our busy world where it can be difficult to take the time to slow down and truly listen. Life can be complex and unpredictable, so I care about providing an inclusive, safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your journey with me. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and it would be my deepest privilege to walk alongside you while we work together to overcome obstacles and navigate where you would like to go next.

I am dedicated to working with you in reaching increased wellness, healing, and personal growth, and offer therapy that is both person-centered and emotion-focused. I use various therapeutic modalities, such as AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and focus on integrating an attachment lens and parts work throughout my sessions. This approach is particularly effective for relationship challenges, as it helps you understand your emotional patterns, heal past wounds, and create more secure and fulfilling connections.

Whether you are processing a painful breakup, navigating divorce, working through family conflict, or healing from relational trauma, I’m here to support you with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for your unique journey.
