Sometimes clients may be hesitant to start therapy because of fear of  judgment, change, the unknown, and what they might discover in therapy. Or clients may be afraid of not being heard and understood.  I am culturally sensitive and I understand the value of each individual’s unique story. 

I provide client-centered and evidence-based psychotherapy services. I strive to provide a non-judgmental space with empathy where clients feel trusted and deeply heard.  I provide a flexible approach that best suits my clients’ objectives for therapy, working collaboratively to identify clear, reachable goals.

Kian's Experience

Kian is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. Kian earned her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University. Over the past five years of working as a registered psychotherapist, she has been working primarily in a private practice setting and supporting clients with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Conflicts, Life transitions, Personal growth.
