Kiran specializes in supporting youth (ages 10+), teens and adults with anxiety therapy, depression, support, emotion regulation challenges, grief and loss counselling, family conflict resolution, relationship therapy, stress management and burnout prevention, and building self-confidence and personal growth. With experience as an intercultural counsellor, she is attentive to clients’ cultural, social, and belief systems, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, religions, countries, and sexualities.

Kiran is a Registered Psychotherapist and earned her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She began at Healing Roots Therapy in 2022 as an intern therapist and became an associate therapist in 2023.
