The therapeutic relationship is essential to our work together. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. I employ a client centred approach that focuses on your unique needs, goals, and challenges. In our work together we will also be using techniques from CBT, mindfulness and meditation, communication skills, and radical acceptance.

Mohamed's Experience

Mohamed is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Saint Paul University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality. Over the past 3 years, he has worked in a variety of settings working with and assessing clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma experiences. He has worked with clients from different communities, genders, and life experiences. Mohamed strives to continue training in different modalities, so he can aid his clients in the best way possible.
