At certain points in life, we often confront daunting challenges that can impede our progress. We grapple with uncertainties and hurdles that make us feel lost without a clear path forward. The prospect of seeking therapy can be overwhelming and uncertain.”

I prioritize a holistic approach that accounts for the all the variables that make up your unique circumstances. Together we will work in a safe space, with no judgment, on exploring the issues you face and collaborate on overcoming the obstacles that life throws at you.

The therapeutic relationship is essential to our work together. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. I employ a client centred approach that focuses on your unique needs, goals, and challenges. In our work together we will also be using techniques from CBT, mindfulness and meditation, communication skills, and radical acceptance.
