I believe that everyone is on their own unique wellness journey. It is my intention to walk alongside you on that journey. You are the expert on your own life and my aim is to learn about you and your lived experiences. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental space to holistically explore the difficulties that you are experiencing and to meet them with compassion and kindness.

My professional experience includes providing individual counselling in community mental health and substance use settings. I understand the complexities of navigating mental health challenges alongside substance use, and I approach these concerns without shame or judgement. Whether you are exploring your relationship with substances, working toward recovery, or supporting a loved one through these challenges, I am here to help.

I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach in my work. I believe each person is resilient and courageous. I hope to work collaboratively with you to integrate these existing strengths and to help you achieve personal growth and fulfillment in your life. I use a variety of modalities in my practice based on your needs and identified goals, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I would be sincerely honoured to be a part of your wellness journey and look forward to getting to know you.

“When we are willing to risk venturing into the wilderness, and even becoming our own wilderness, we feel the deepest connection to our true self and to what matters the most.” —  Brené Brown

Education & Registration

Answers to some frequently asked questions:

Yes. I offer therapy sessions in both English and Hungarian for clients in Mississauga and across Ontario. Working in your first language can make it easier to express complex emotions and feel fully understood, especially when discussing family dynamics, cultural experiences, or sensitive personal matters.

Yes. Substance use is one of my core areas of focus. I have over five years of experience working in community mental health and addictions settings. I approach substance use concerns without shame or judgement, understanding that your relationship with substances is often connected to deeper emotional needs or experiences. Whether you are questioning your use, working toward reducing or stopping, or navigating recovery, I can provide supportive, evidence-based care.

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, person-centered approach that helps you explore your own motivations for change. Rather than telling you what to do, I work with you to understand your values, resolve ambivalence, and build confidence in your ability to make changes that align with what matters most to you. It is particularly effective for substance use concerns but can be helpful for any area where you feel stuck.

I work with teens and adults. I have experience supporting young people through emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, behavioural concerns, and life transitions, as well as adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns.
