Sometimes clients may feel ashamed and confused when thinking of starting therapy. They feel like something is wrong with them and don’t know who to turn to, or where to begin.

I utilize a systemic and person-centered approach to better understand the client in front me; their history, values, beliefs, family/friendships/connections, struggles and strengths. Joining in different modalities of therapy (CBT, DBT, SFBT, Systemic/Structural Therapy, and EFT), to help the client co-create unique goals for therapy, at a pace where the client feels comfortable.

Co-creating a safe and judgement free space for the client to recognize their strengths they possess and challenges they face, yet instilling hope for a positive and healthy future.
