Sometimes life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless, or stressed. I am here to support you in finding your path while building on your strengths as an individual. I believe it is important to embrace one’s individuality and help you discover your true ability to overcome difficult situations. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgemental and safe space where you feel heard.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, where I draw from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Furthermore, I have an interest in mental health in sport. Blending my clinical experience with my own background in high performance sports, I look forward to welcoming any current or former athletes. Additionally, I have experience working with children, youth, and teens.

I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy where we can work together on achieving your goals. The therapeutic alliance is at the forefront of our time together. Therefore, I strive to create a treatment process that is unique to you and your experiences.
