I realize that finding a therapist you can truly connect with seems like a daunting process. You may have sought therapy before, but continued to feel alone or uninspired in that relationship. If this is your first time, opening yourself to the unknown takes courage, vulnerability, and dedication that I empathize with and value tremendously.

Through an integrative approach, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and family system modalities to create a warm and nurturing space. We will work collaboratively to deepen your understanding of yourself and bring you closer to making positive change.

My goal is to genuinely connect with my clients, creating a compassionate, cooperative, and encouraging atmosphere that supports emotional well-being. After we’ve established a solid foundation, I assist clients in pinpointing the fundamental issues behind persistent challenges and equip them with effective tools to overcome them. I strongly believe that our therapeutic dynamic will be the strongest agent of change.
