Bio At A Glance:

Wishah is a Registered Psychotherapist offering in-person therapy in Mississauga and virtual therapy across Ontario. She provides compassionate, culturally sensitive support for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, cultural identity, family conflict, and self-esteem challenges.

She also supports families navigating co-parenting, parent-child and parent-teen conflict, sibling dynamics, school-related challenges, and broader teen concerns.

Wishah offers therapy in both English and Urdu and has extensive experience working with BIPOC individuals and families, including those from South Asian backgrounds.

Your journey of healing can come with fear and uncertainty, and that’s okay. It’s natural for life’s challenges to feel too much to bear on your own. That’s where therapy comes in. Taking that first meaningful step allows you to prioritize yourself and your well-being as you learn to pause, reflect, and work through those challenges.

As a therapist, I aim to foster a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive environment where your unique perspective is respected. I deeply value authenticity and strive to meet you where you are, with openness and empathy. Together, we will explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable, creating a therapy process that aligns with your values and needs. I’m here to listen, validate, and collaborate with you as we shape your concerns into valuable and realistic goals for therapy.

I am committed to building a space of mutual understanding, inclusivity, and trust. Take therapy as an opportunity to embrace growth, prioritize yourself, and take charge of your journey. Remember, you’re in the driver’s seat of your life. As a therapist, it is a privilege to help support and guide you as you embrace a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.
