Who We Are

“What the heck is normal anyway?”
My goal has always been to create a space where people can define what “normal” means to them, and feel supported in building a life that truly reflects that, with the right foundation to grow from.
I come from a multicultural household. If you’ve lived this experience, you know how the word “normal” can mean one thing inside your home and something entirely different outside your door.
That understanding has stayed with me.
When I became a therapist, I felt a strong pull to create space for people to explore their stories in a way that felt true to them. Not defined by expectations or labels, but grounded in what feels meaningful and aligned. I wanted to support people in understanding what their version of normal is, and to help them build a life that reflects their own needs, values, and vision of well-being.
As I grew into my role as a clinical director and founder, that vision expanded.
I came to understand that meaningful, lasting change doesn’t happen by chance. It requires consistency, intention, and a space that feels both supportive and grounded. Much like growth in nature, real change takes time, the right conditions, and ongoing care. This is what led me to build a practice that values not only empathy and connection, but also structure, continuity, and quality of care.
I believe the environment therapists work in directly shapes the care clients receive. Because of this, I’ve been intentional about creating a team culture that balances support with accountability, where clinicians are encouraged to grow within clear expectations and strong clinical standards, while also feeling supported, guided, and given space to learn across all roles on the team.
My goal has always been to make therapy feel accessible, culturally responsive, and stigma-free, while ensuring the care provided is thoughtful, consistent, and impactful.
At the core of everything is a simple belief: Healing looks different for everyone, and it deserves both compassion and structure. My hope is that every person who connects with this space feels supported, understood, and able to grow in a way that is sustainable, grounded, and true to who they are.
Normal isn’t fixed. It’s something we define for ourselves over time, with the right support and space to grow
Our Values
Structured Care
We believe therapy should have direction. While having a space to feel heard and understood is an important part of therapy, we also want our clients to feel that the work they’re doing is meaningful and moving toward the changes they came to therapy for.
Diversity & Inclusivity
We want people to feel that they can show up as themselves here. We value the different identities, experiences, cultures, and perspectives that both our clients and therapists bring into our community. We remain committed to learning, listening, and creating a space where people feel respected, welcomed, and valued.
Growth
We believe there is always room to learn, reflect, and grow. We encourage our therapists to stay curious, continue developing their skills, and make space for their own growth along the way. We also believe that therapists who feel supported and have space for balance are better able to be present and do meaningful work with the clients they care for.
Collaboration
We believe we do better work when we work together. Whether it’s collaborating with a client around their care or therapists learning from and supporting one another, we value shared ideas, different perspectives, and asking for help when it’s needed. No one should feel like they have to figure everything out alone.
Transparency
Trust matters to us. We aim to be open, clear, and thoughtful in how we communicate with our clients and with one another. That means being willing to have honest conversations, set clear expectations, take accountability, and address things when they don’t go as planned.
Support
We want people to feel supported, not just in the work they’re doing, but as people. For our clients, that means creating a space where they feel heard, understood, and cared for. For our therapists, it means fostering a team culture where people can ask for support, lean on one another, and feel valued in the work they do.
Communication
We believe strong relationships are built through open and respectful communication. We want our clients to feel informed, heard, and comfortable asking questions throughout their care. Within our team, we encourage thoughtful conversations, active listening, and communication that helps us stay connected and work well together.
