Taking the steps to begin therapy can be a daunting and overwhelming task, and you may be unsure if this is the right choice for you. I want you to know that wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and oriented around adapting to your unique experience, needs, and specific goals. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and walking with my clients through where they aim to go in their therapeutic journey. We will work collaboratively to develop the strategies most suited to your situation.

I aim to create a safe and judgement-free space where you feel comfortable and empowered to explore your thoughts, experiences, and emotions. Whether you are navigating cultural expectations, family pressures, relationship difficulties, or your own sense of identity, my approach will be tailored to your needs and goals. I understand that identity, culture, and background shape how we experience the world and how we show up in therapy, and I honour that in our work together.

Together, we can explore your strengths and develop further resources to aid you in overcoming challenges and living an overall healthier and happier life.
